Navajo Joe
34 King Street
Covent Garden

Navajo Joe in Covent Garden takes its name from the legendary Indian
character who was forced out of his familiar hunting grounds only
to take solace in the 'white man's laughing waters'.
Navajo Joe is
a real find in the heart of the West End. The decor sets it apart
from the usual tasteless Tex-Mex restaurants. Its stylish interior
of native artefacts and colourful paintings adorn brick walls whilst
steel and copper fixtures give it a modern twist.
Presentation
is everything at Navajo Joe and the quality of the food never disappoints.
Inspired by USA, Pueblo Indian, Native American, Spanish and Mexican
influences the food is filled with truly expressive and spirited
flavours.
Groups can book
the Platinum menu which is great value including either a two or
three course meal with a glass of champagne or
margarita cocktail. Otherwise go for one of their meat, fish or
vegetarian options, there are plenty to choose from. We had the
chicken fajitas which arrived sizzling and tender, served with onions
and peppers and accompanied by warm, fresh flour tortillas.
If, however,
you want cocktails this is definitely the place to go. With over
200 tequilas and mezcals on offer as well as a good range of Cuban
rums, the choice is endless.
Whether you
are looking for a Latin place to dine, or simply want to indulge
in the joys of 'laughing waters', then head for Navajo Joe and enjoy
the atmosphere.
